Meet Your Planner
A proud Auburn, Alabama native, Charlton earned her degree from Auburn University's renowned Hospitality Event Management program in December 2020, turning her love for creating memorable experiences into a profession. Charlton also has a passion for wine which is what drove her to become a Certified Specialist in Wine to elevate events with the perfect pairings.
Charlton's career has spanned from intimate vineyard weddings to global corporate programs. She's planned events globally for Young Presidents Organization, worked as an assistant venue manager and sales & event manager to host a wide range of events, developed an intern program for hundreds of interns both in person and remote, and deepened her knowledge of wine by working harvest season in Oregon.
When she's not immersed in events, you can find Charlton enjoying the outdoors, in the kitchen trying new recipes, or gardening with her husband Drew and their two golden retrievers, Simba and Oakley.

The sooner the better! We recommend booking our services 8-12+ months in advance for large events, and 3-5 months for smaller celebrations. However, we can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
Our packages include venue selection, vendor coordination, timeline management, budget planning, design consultation, and day-of coordination. We customize each package based on your specific needs and preferences.
At this time, we are only local to Northwest Arkansas but we hope to expand outside of NWA at a later date.
